Why Lotalyze

Built to connect the work between the bid and the sale.

Auction resellers rarely lack products. They lack connected evidence. Product identity lives in one tab, marketplace prices in another, fees in a calculator, listing copy in a document, and actual profit in a spreadsheet.

Lotalyze connects that work: live auction discovery, Nellis purchase sync, CSV inventory upload, Amazon and eBay validation, listing creation, supported eBay publishing, sale imports, automatic connected-offer withdrawal, and financial performance. Nellis Auction is the primary supported auction source today. The system is designed to make decisions faster while keeping uncertainty visible.

Data and editorial standards

Evidence should be understandable and reproducible.

Source transparency

Public research identifies its observation window, coverage, limitations, and refresh date. Auction-provided retail references are labeled rather than presented as verified resale value.

Conservative language

Observed bids are not described as final invoices, and estimates are not appraisals or promises of profit. Current auction and marketplace terms remain the source of truth.

Correctable work

Material errors can be reported to support@lotalyze.com. Research pages are updated when underlying coverage or methodology changes.

Inventory integrations

Move inventory from purchase to eBay sale without rebuilding the item record.

Start with a Nellis purchase sync or a CSV upload, prepare the listing in Lotalyze, then connect eBay to publish and bring actual orders, fees, and sold status back into your inventory.

01

Sync Nellis purchases

Bring purchased Nellis items into a canonical inventory record with source details, cost basis, status, and a stable SKU.

02

Upload inventory by CSV

Add inventory from spreadsheets or other sources in bulk. Re-upload the same SKUs to update them without creating duplicates.

03

Connect eBay

Prepare and publish supported listings, import orders and fees, mark matched inventory sold, and automatically withdraw other connected eBay offers.

For marketplaces without an approved delisting API, Lotalyze creates a seller-action task instead of pretending the listing was removed automatically.
