Which auction sources does Lotalyze support?
Nellis Auction is the primary supported auction source today, across tracked Nellis locations. Additional auction sources are planned and will be introduced as their data and workflows are integrated.
What problem does it solve?
It helps you avoid manually opening every listing by letting you search, filter, sort by resale signals, and save candidates for inspection.
Can I focus on one pickup site?
Yes. The workflow is built around choosing a pickup site first, then filtering within that location.
Can Lotalyze notify me about saved searches?
Yes. You can save up to five search terms, choose a pickup site, and receive a daily 4pm email digest with a preview of matching live lots and a link back into Lotalyze.
Can I show priced items only?
Yes. The live page includes priced-only behavior so ROI sorting does not get mixed with unpriced rows.
How does AI pricing work?
Lotalyze caches resale estimates, ROI fields, and part-out notes so the dashboard can sort and filter by pricing signals without recomputing every row on page load.
How does Amazon matching work?
Lotalyze uses identifiers when available, then scores catalog candidates using model, brand, title, pack count, weight, size, and variant evidence. Strong unique matches can be selected automatically; weaker or tied results appear as ranked one-click suggestions.
Does Lotalyze compare FBA and FBM?
Yes. For matched candidates with the required data, Lotalyze compares Amazon fees, outbound or inbound shipping, packaging, prep, storage, reserves, acquisition cost, projected profit, and ROI for both methods.
Can Lotalyze publish listings?
Lotalyze includes listing generation and supported marketplace workflows. eBay and Amazon capabilities depend on your connected seller account, marketplace permissions, product eligibility, and required listing data.
Can I import inventory from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a UTF-8 CSV with SKU and title plus optional condition, identifiers, quantity, cost basis, status, and acquisition date. Uploading the same SKU again updates the item instead of duplicating it.
How do Nellis purchases enter inventory?
Connect the supported Nellis purchase workflow and sync purchases into canonical inventory records. Lotalyze retains the source details, purchase cost, status, and a stable SKU for downstream listing work.
What happens when an eBay item sells?
A matched eBay order updates the inventory item to sold and imports available order, fee, and refund data. Lotalyze automatically withdraws other connected eBay offers for that item; unsupported channels receive a seller-action task.
What do the automated agents do?
Background agents scan and classify current auction inventory, research candidates, refresh marketplace evidence, and surface items for review. They do not replace physical inspection or seller-account compliance.
Can I track purchases and sales?
Yes. Inventory records purchase cost, status, notes, projected sale value, actual sale price, sale date, platform, fees, shipping and other costs.
What does the financial report include?
It summarizes purchase cost, gross sales, selling costs, realized P/L, average time to sale, current inventory cost, potential sales value and projected profit. You can filter by date and export CSV.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. First-time customers can start with a 7-day free trial without a card. Add a payment method in Stripe before it ends to continue; otherwise access ends automatically.
Does Lotalyze guarantee profit?
No. It is a research and workflow tool. You still need to inspect condition, pickup constraints, demand, shipping, fees, and your own risk tolerance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is managed through Stripe, including cancellation and payment method updates.
Is Lotalyze affiliated with Nellis Auction?
No. Lotalyze is an independent analytics tool and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected with Nellis Auction or any third-party auction platform.
